The weight room located within the Capital Sports Complex is one of the largest in the area and features state-of-the-art equipment. With the guidance of our award winning Personal Strength trainers, we are sure to provide you with all of your weight and resistance training needs.
Aerobics
Capital Sports Complex is home to one of the largest aerobic studios in the region. 
Our aerobic classes are designed to keep you motivated to work out with a variety of different types of classes; including dancing, moving & grooving spinning, high-energy, multi-level cardio workouts, body sculpting, kickboxing and many more. Plus we offer Weight Loss Education classes.

VIP Training
The Capital Sports Complex offers a private and state-of-art, workout room with flat screen tv’s, newest technology in weight lifting machines and cardiovascular equipment.
The VIP room is a favorite with professional athletes from Washington Wizards, Washington Redskins, Washington Nationals, DC Divas and our Executive business men/women.
The VIP services incudes: Access to Deep Jacuzzis, also know as sport tubs, Grab-And-Go new weight lifting system, certified personal trainers, massage therapists and much more…

Boxing
The Rodney P. Hunt Boxing Academy is one of many new additions to the Capital Sports Complex. The Prince George’s County facility is fully equipped with a stationary floor mounted ring, several speed and heavy bags, and a boxing trainer for all ages. Just recently the Capital Sport Complex played host to the “Silver Gloves” amateur boxing exhibition featuring boxers from throughout Maryland, DC, and Virginia; some of the best in the boxing business have worked their way up through the ranks via events such as “Silver Gloves” and “Golden Gloves” and we look forward to many future event of this nature.
