Class Description

Whether you are just getting started on exercise or are an avid exerciser we have plenty of classes for you! The classes listed below are multi-level and you are encouraged to listen to your body and go at your own pace.

BE- Yoga Be yourself. Be calm. Be centered. Be relaxed and BE here for our yoga class. This is a easy to follow, relaxing and refreshing yoga based class. All levels are welcomed.
Boot Camp

This class offers an exciting "setting', you will be moving from one station to another keeping your heart pumping with plenty of cardio and weight training exercises. All levels are welcomed.

C. K. B. Cardio Kick Boxing (CKB) is a high energy cardio class that challenge every muscle on your body. It incorporates self-defense techniques, boxing, kicking and more. All levels are welcomed.
Cycling

This class combines indoor-cycling elements such as flat, jump and sprints with heart-pumping music. Get ready to sweat! All levels are welcomed.

Get Results

This is a high-energy class that combines kickboxing, step, jogging, interval training and muscle conditioning. Want to find out what you are made of? Intermediate and advanced levels.

Step-Tastic!

This high-energy, multi-level step class combines a challenging and fun step move that is guaranteed to make you sweat and get your heart pumping! Intermediate and advanced levels.

Step & Sculpt This step class combines pattens on and off the step plus a mini-sculpting session all packed in one hour. All levels welcomed.
TNT You are not afraid of feeling the "burn" and you want to see more muscle definition, well, this is just what you need. A strength training class that uses free weights, bars and your own body weight for a head-to-toes sculpt! All levels are welcomed.
