Rodney P. Hunt
Managing Partner 
As Managing Partner, Rodney Hunt is responsible for overall executive leadership of the Capital Sports Complex (CSC) to include responsibility for business affairs, strategic planning and mission success. Mr. Hunt founded the CSC with the vision of building a center that provides local youth an outlet in both sports and education, and the local community with a full service center for athletics, education and entertainment. A Washington area native, successful entrepreneur and philanthropist, Hunt purchased and maintains the Capital Sports Complex as a show of his community support. Opening in June 2006, CSC now is visited by approximately 250,000 people annually and continues to be a strong partner in the community.
Rodney Hunt was the co-founder, President & CEO of RS Information Systems, a McLean, Va.-based Federal government IT services business. The 15-year old company was one of the largest minority-owned businesses in the country with $300 million in annual revenue when he sold the company in 2007. In 2006, Mr. Hunt received the Northern Virginia Urban League Diversity Award for his commitment to diversity in the workplace and business partnerships, and Virginia Business magazine named him one of the 20 Virginians who transformed their industry in the past two decades. He has been named Small Business Champion of the Year by the US Small Business Administration (SBA) in 2005; Executive of the Year by the Professional Services Council and Washington Technology in 2004; in 2003; the first recipient of the Parren J. Mitchell Lifetime Achievement Award; Black Engineer of the Year; Small Business Person of the Year for SBA Region 3; Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 1998; and Technology Entrepreneur of the Year from Minorities and Women in Business.
Mr. Hunt is now Chairman of RPH Enterprises International, LLC. A global business solutions provider which specializes in management consulting, information technology innovation, systems integration, scientific and manufacturing advancement, and comprehensive business process reengineering across all industry disciplines.

Mr. Hunt is also the founder and President of Virginia Pride, and the founder and Chairman of the Rodney P. Hunt Family Foundation, both of which support youth development and sports. Mr. Hunt grew up in Fort Washington and is a graduate of Friendly High School and Cornell University. He pitched in the St. Louis Cardinals organization before beginning his successful career in the business world. The Capital Sports Complex is the culmination of a dream for Mr. Hunt so he can help develop the local youth from the area he once grew up in.
Kevin Hunt
General Manager
Kevin Hunt is a graduate of Friendly Senior High School in Fort Washington, MD. He attended Alabama A&M where he was a member of the Bulldog soccer team. There he helped win the National Championship, two runner-ups and a third place finish in his four years. He was the ESPN Player of the Game in 1982 and Vitalis Player of the Week. With a background as an electrician, he has always had a love for facility management and a career in athletics. He will run the operations of the Capital Sports Complex on a daily basis.

Bill Marlowe
Operations Manager
Born in Washington DC, Bill Marlowe has lived in the area for 45 years. He graduated Cum Laude from Jamestown College in 1979 with a BA in History/Political Science. Originally instrumental in the development of the Run N’ Shoot Athletic Center, he brings a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge of the area and the facility to the management team. His role is to handle the day to day operations and growth of the Capital Sports Complex. He has been involved in Sports Facility management for 10 years. In his spare time, Bill has coached youth baseball for many years in Montgomery County.

Trick Washington
Programs Director
A graduate of Anacostia Senior High School in Southeast Washington, DC, Trick Washington is no stranger to basketball in the metropolitan area. He is known throughout the region as one of the most connected people in the game as the current Vice President of the prestigious Virginia Pride AAU program, based in Alexandria, Va. He helped the Pride to the youth basketball national championship. Trick has been the director of many basketball camps, leagues and tournaments in the nation’s capital, including for Denver Nugget star DerMarr Johnson in Bowie, Md. He is responsible for running all of the Leagues and Tournaments at the Capital Sports Complex.
