It has grown into the Basketball Mecca of the DMV, while also offering first-class fitness, aerobic, and weight facilities along with the Rodney P. Hunt Boxing Academy.
CSC has been host to many, many world-class events, teams and athletes; US Junior Nationals, Special Olympics, Suburban Coalition, Big Shots, DC Assault, AAU, YBOA, Silver Gloves, Kevin Durant, Jeff Green, Sam Cassell, Georghe Muresan, Michael Beasley, John Thompson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Alana Beard, IBF Welterweight Champ Dejan Zavec, and many more.

Mr. Hunt is also the founder and President of Virginia Pride, and the founder and Chairman of the Rodney P. Hunt Family Foundation, both of which support youth development and sports. Mr. Hunt grew up in Fort Washington, Maryland, and is a graduate of Friendly High School.
